Answerable Computing
Companies use records and delegated roles to answer for work after particular employees leave. Naming a responsible company, however, does not recover missing evidence or tell a successor what it may do.
An agent may exist only for an assignment. Its replacement needs a basis for deciding what follows, even when records, authority, and resources sit with different parties.
Answerable Computing is the design of systems in which consequential machine actions remain linked to the evidence, governing terms, and authority required for later inspection, challenge, and resolution.
